honestly, im not a big fan of the popular show in the US, American Idol but after my stay in La Union (which i really enjoyed so much) my opinion about the said show changed a lot. (lol) im getting goosebumps...idk really....but when i saw this guy singing on tv...i had the impression that he was a "prince charming" in the making. yeah i know, what a weird stuff i've posted here but i can't help it if he really captivated me. He's like a dar prince to be exact...(lol what a term!) I mean when he sang on the auditions i was like, "speechless." Haha, you know me, i seem to have some fetish with guys who have such astonishing voice....And to my amusement, (lol) when i watched the show last thursday and when i saw him perform, it was like my world was only revolving to him. I really loved his performance. He deserves t be in the top ten. I really hope he would win! :)) I love you adam lambert! :))

head hurts (literally)…..I was thinking about what to write in my first entry
and after a “million” (exaggerating!) brain zaps I have finally came up with
my first post. *nod nod nod* Anyway, I don’t really like the idea of going to
the beach during my summer holidays (for the fact that I hate the word
“tan”) so I decided to dedicate my summer into watching all the animes that
I have missed, reading mangas and watching some Jdramas too. BOOORING…some
people may call it, but (hey!) this is my idea for a perfect summer escapade!
Weeh and I believe some of my friends can relate to it, right Akanishi Jin? *evil

Last April 7, the much awaited anime
adaptation of Matsuri Hino’s popular shoujo manga has finally aired on TV
Tokyo. Now on its fifth episode, Vampire Knight never fails to explicit one of
the best love triangles to be seen in Japanese television which in my opinion is
one of the best points of the said anime. The popularity of the anime is fairly
the same as that of the manga but somehow the anime was a bit, ummm (in my
opinion) disappointing. Don’t get me wrong pips, I assure you I’m a pure VK
fan and honestly it’s my fave manga but there was something in the anime that
made me a little disappointed. Okay let’s get staright to the point. “The
character designs were a bit flawed.” In the anime, there were times when
Yuuki’s face became distorted and it was really horrible. I don’t know if it
goes the same for all manga to anime adaptations but I guess not. The same goes
with Kaname. *Now this is the real rant!* My favorite character in the manga was
Kaname Kuran but when I saw the anime I kinda had this thought in my head *WHAT
THE HECK?* To tell you the truth, Zero looked way hotter than Kaname and I
really hate it! (Oki oki oki, calm down bebe-chan!) Well anyway so far so good,
the anime is really good but still not excellent! You guys get my point,
thought. Other than my ecstatic rants, I also have something positive to add.
Studio DEEN did great in crafting the backgrounds and the OST was one of the
best that I have heard so fare. Gothic Lolita is one of the main theme in this
anime so for those who like the said fashion, I really recommend this anime. Not
to mention, Vampire Knight has one of the most excellent group of dubbers in
anime history. Imagine Echizen Ryoma being a beautiful vampire noble. Cool,
right? This anime is really a must watch during the summer holidays. Catchy as
it is, “They can never go back the way they used to be.”

Geass then I guarantee you that this new season is a really must watch! To tell
you the truth, this anime is no.1 on my list for this summer. I wasn’t
expecting it too cause my main focus for this summer was Vampire Knight and
Special A but Code Geass R2 really proved me wrong. Anyway, the plot of the new
season started at where exactly the OVA left us craving for more. Wooh….this
new season really made me happy! Hontouni! Code geass is one of the best anime
series that I have seen in my entire life and I really recommend it to everyone
out there. Where would you see an anime where

Lol….this anime is also an adaptation of one of the most
popular manga at the present. The plotline is really interesting though and it
somewhat reminded me of Ouran Highschool Host Club. Shoujo manga lovers would
definitely want this anime.

Summary: Hikari Hanazono, the main character, has always been
second to Kei Takishima. While Hikari considers Kei a rival and somewhat of a
friend, Kei loves Hikari. Everyone knows this, but she is too dense to notice.
Their wrestling loving fathers first introduced them to one another when they
were 6 years old. Assuming that she was the best in wrestling, young Hikari
challenged Kei to a wrestling match only to be thoroughly defeated by him. Ever
since that fateful incident, Hikari swore to beat Kei in school grades, a
sporting event - anything. To do this she has enrolled in the same school as Kei
since elementary. Now she attends Hakusenkan, an ultra elite school, that costs
her carpenter father a lot of money. Hikari and Kei are the top two students in
the school, with Kei holding firmly to that number one position.

4) Macross Frontier

Macross Frontier, another installment
from the notorious Macross Franchise that has dominated ratings for the last 25
years. Having a bishounen for a protagonist is really catchy, right? Added to
that, who would like to see this mecha pilot shounen to fall in love with the
greatest diva of all time? Lol….sure is cute. Anyway, this anime is a sure
watch. The animation is really heartbreaking (wow! What a term!) and superb as
expected from Satelight. I really liked the way the plotline progresses and
I’m really looking forward to watching the next episodes. It really has the
potential to be one of the best anime this year.

Summary: Macross Frontier marks the 25th anniversary of the
Macross anime franchise. It is a direct sequel to the first Macross series and
Macross 7 and follows the lives of Alto Saotome, Ranka Lee and a pop idol named
Sheryl Nome on board the Macross Frontier colonization fleet. After the war
against the Zentradi aliens, Humankind has spread across the universe in order
to ensure its survival. The Macross Frontier fleet is part of a effort to spread
and maintain the culture of humanity.

5) Kure-nai

I really believe in the saying that
“The best animes to ever walk the face of the earth are not exactly the
flashiest ones,” so is true for the anime Kure-nai. The plotline is really
great and so is the animation. Well, it’s not flashy or metallic but Kure-nai
gives off a somewhat different aura from other popular animes that I have
watched so far. I considered it “unique.” Anyway, I definitely believe that
it will become one of the best animes of all times. Like what Shinkurou said,
“I want to become stronger for the ones that I want to protect.”

Summary: Based on a series of light novels, Kure-nai is about
the adventures and misadventures of 16-year-old Kurenai Shinkurou. Shinkurou is
an authority in settling disputes between people, and finds his life turned
upside down one day when he is assigned as a bodyguard for Kuhouin Murasaki, the
daughter of a powerful plutocratic family.

From Studio BONES comes a breathtaking anime with loads of Shinagami students

more reviews, watch this anime and I’ll guarantee that you’ll laugh your
bones out! Lol…..

Summary: Set in the Shinigami technical school for weapon
meisters, the series revolves around 3 groups of each a weapon meister and a
human weapon. Trying to make the latter a "Death Scythe" and thus fit
for use by the Shinigami, they must collect the souls of 99 evil humans and 1
witch.

7) Nabari no ou

Kinda reminds me of Naruto but it has
its own unique aspects. The plotline is really great though. Weeh, it’s one of
the best that I have seen so far. =)

Summary: Rokujou Miharu is a
boy who has a hijustu (hidden technique) living inside of him. This hijustu is
the power of creation. Many ninja clans are seeking it as the one who posesses
it becomes the ruler of the ninja world. Rokujou's classmate Kouichi started a
nindou ("Way of the Ninja") club at school with Kumohira, his English
teacher. Both Kouichi and Kumohira are secretly ninjas. They tried to persuade
Rokujou to join the ninjustu club. At first, he was reluctant, but after being
attacked by group of ninjas trying to get his hijutsu, he joins. He must become
the Ruler of Nabari in order to survive.

8) Junjo Romantica

My favorite was about this pretty little girl,
